Does the structure include a complete finished house?+

Scope is agreed project by project. Timber structure and selected wall elements may be supplied; foundations, finishes and services must be explicitly specified.

Is reclaimed teak automatically carbon neutral?+

No. Reuse can have environmental advantages, but transport, treatments and construction impacts remain; quantified claims require assessment.
